About The Rider:
Born and raised in Roanoke, Va. Graduated from Lucy Addison HS (1964), Va. State College (B.A.), Howard University (MBA) and University of Baltimore (JD). Served 7 yrs in the U.S. Army JAG Corps wherein I was Head MA at the Forty Niners NCO Club in Nuremberg, Germany. Taught Black History and World Cultures at William Penn High School in Harrisburg, Pa. Currently practicing Law in Maryland and D.C. Also I serve as Chairman of the Constitution & By-Laws Committee for the NABSTMC. In addition, I am a 33rd Degree Prince Hall Mason and a member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Married to Barbara Lawson and we have three children and two grand children.
