Central Maryland Club History and Mission

We are members of the National Association of Buffalo Soldiers and Troopers Motorcycle Clubs (NABSTMC).

The Central Maryland Chapter is one of three in the State of Maryland (Maryland Mother Chapter and Maryland - Eastern Shore) and one of 93 across the continental United States, Hawaii and Canada.

Luis “Bear” Valdes, Reuben “Reub” Lawson and Denise “Butterfly” Kirkland founded our chapter in the year 2000. We now comprise a membership of 50+ members dedicated to serving the communities of the Baltimore Metropolitan area. Our membership is composed of active and retired military persons; active and former law enforcement officers; lawyers; local, state and federal government employees; business owners and self-employed entrepreneurs.

We exist to provide a positive image for the youth in our communities and to be a positive image of motorcycling through safe riding and community service. We support organizations such as the Vietnam Veterans of America, the Maryland Center for Veterans Education and Training, the Perry Point Veterans Hospital, Rockville's Finest (Youth Group), Boy's Hope/Girl's Hope, Sarah's House (battered women and children), the Bea Gaddy Foundation, the Big Book Bag Program and Step Out for Diabetes.We are proud Buffalo Soldiers and continually promote.
